Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | In-Office
Guardian Tax is seeking experienced Sales Closers to join our growing Irvine team. We’re looking for confident, performance-driven sales professionals who excel in phone-based conversations, overcome objections with confidence, and consistently close high-value deals.
This role is built for individuals who thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment and are motivated by strong earning potential. You’ll work exclusively with 100% warm inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns.
No cold calling — just qualified opportunities, proven solutions, and the support needed to maximize your results.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
- Conduct structured, consultative sales conversations
- Understand client situations and recommend the best available solutions
- Present options clearly and confidently
- Handle objections and guide conversations toward a close
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals
- Close deals in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
- 15% commission on all closed deals
- Top performers earn $15,000–$24,000+ per month

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- One half-day Saturday per month
