[What the role is]
We are looking for a highly organized individual to support the day-to-day administrative duties, budget and operations of the group while maintaining an efficient, productive, and welcoming work environment.[What you will be working on]
Administration & Operations Support
Reporting to a Team Lead, you will execute administrative tasks and processes that support the smooth running of day-to-day operations covering a range of functions such as finance, budget, IT systems and others.
Office & Administration Management
- Coordinate meeting logistics such as call for agenda, collating and compiling materials for division and group-wide meetings.
- Coordinate and organise internal events for staff welfare
- Compile routine data and reporting
- Manage the group’s budget utilisation and procurement.
- Manage regular IT systems reviews and requests.
- Responsible for assets and knowledge records management.
- Coordinate CRM queries as QSM rep for group.
- Maintaining staff contact lists and organisation chart.
Executive Support (Personal Assistant)
- Support executive leadership while overseeing daily office operations. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, handling finance and budget, to acting as the primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Experience
Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in providing administrative and operational support, or as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably within government, or professional services sectors. Relevant administrative qualifications or equivalent experience preferred.
