Mondelez International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain Digital Transformation Leader for our Canada business unit. This role is responsible for driving the digital agenda across Manufacturing and Logistics functions within the Canadian supply chain, ensuring maximum value creation through both the deployment of new digital initiatives and the adoption and scaling of existing digital solutions.
The successful candidate will serve as the key digital partner to Canada Supply Chain leadership, translating business priorities into a digital roadmap, accelerating Industry 4.0 capabilities on the plant floor, and ensuring sustainable adoption of digital tools across operations and logistics networks.
How you will contribute
Digital Strategy & Roadmap
Develop and execute the Canada Supply Chain digital transformation roadmap aligned with NA and Global digital strategies
Identify, prioritize, and drive digital initiatives that deliver measurable value in Manufacturing and Logistics
Build compelling business cases for digital investments, quantifying ROI and value creation potential
Initiative Delivery & Scaling
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects from ideation through deployment and hypercare
Drive adoption and scaling of existing digital solutions (e.g., connected worker platforms, digital performance management, advanced analytics) to maximize return on investment
Partner with global and regional digital teams to leverage proven solutions and avoid duplication of effort
Manufacturing & Industry 4.0
Champion Industry 4.0 capabilities including IoT, digital twins, predictive maintenance, real-time production monitoring, and smart factory initiatives
Drive digital maturity across Canadian manufacturing plants through structured assessments and improvement plans
Enable data-driven decision-making on the plant floor through digital dashboards, automated reporting, and AI/ML-powered insights
Logistics & Distribution
Identify and implement digital solutions to optimize warehouse operations, transportation planning, and distribution efficiency
Leverage digital tools to improve supply chain visibility, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
Adoption & Change Management
Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure sustainable adoption of digital tools at all levels
Build digital capability and literacy across plant and logistics teams through training, coaching, and engagement programs
Establish KPIs and governance mechanisms to track adoption rates and digital value realization
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Act as the primary digital point of contact for Canada Supply Chain leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Procurement
Participate in NA Digital steering committees and contribute to regional prioritization discussions
Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors

What you need to know about this position:
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Planning roles with a strong digital/technology transformation focus .
- Demonstrated track record of using digital solutions to drive measurable improvements in manufacturing performance, operational efficiency, or planning accuracy .
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (IoT, digital twins, AI/ML, robotics, edge computing, cloud platforms) .
- Working knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, or related modules such as PP, MM, WM, TM) and its role in enabling digital supply chain processes .
- Experience leading digital adoption and change management in a manufacturing or logistics environment .
- Proven ability to build business cases, manage stakeholders, and influence without direct authority .
- Strong project management skills with experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives .
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — ability to translate technical concepts into business value .
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization and digital performance management tools
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization (CPG/FMCG industry preferred)
Education / Certifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred:
Master's degree (MBA, M.Eng., or M.Sc.) in a relevant discipline
Certifications in one or more of the following:
SAP (S/4HANA, Supply Chain modules)
Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2)
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe)
Industry 4.0 / Digital Manufacturing certifications
Change Management (Prosci, ADKAR)
Job specific requirements:
Experience with O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, or similar advanced planning platforms
Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and OT/IT convergence
Knowledge of connected worker platforms and digital shop floor solutions
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday - Hybrid
Salary and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $112,900 to $141,150 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program.
