M365 Copilot Adoption Specialist

We are looking for an M365 Copilot Adoption Specialist to support and drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization, within the Digital Workplace environment.

In this role, you will drive the adoption of M365 Copilot by managing the user community, developing engaging communication and editorial content, delivering training sessions, maintaining up-to-date support materials, monitoring adoption through dashboards, and ensuring effective stakeholder governance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Management & Communication

Manage and develop the M365 Copilot community on Viva Engage, encouraging employee engagement and knowledge sharing.

Create communication materials for M365 Copilot, M365 Copilot Chat, and Agent Builder, including practical tips, business use cases, best practices, and Q&A content.

Write and publish engaging editorial content to promote awareness and encourage the effective use of Copilot tools.

Develop and implement a dedicated communication plan, ensuring consistent and timely communication across relevant channels.

2. Adoption & Training

Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions focused on general M365 Copilot use cases, in collaboration with Microsoft and in coordination with central teams, including the AI Office and the company's University.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and enhance training materials.

Coordinate training logistics and manage all related communications.

Regularly review and update training content to reflect product developments, emerging use cases, and employee feedback and questions.

Organize regular meetings with Microsoft to review training sessions, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Adoption Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor and analyze M365 Copilot adoption using available dashboards and reporting tools, including Copilot Dashboard and Viva.

Track adoption trends and engagement levels to identify opportunities to improve awareness, usage, and user experience.

Provide insights and updates to relevant stakeholders to support adoption initiatives and continuous improvement.

4. Stakeholder Coordination & Governance

Maintain regular communication and coordinate activities with the central AI Office, the company's University, and other relevant teams and stakeholders.

Ensure alignment between communication, training, and adoption initiatives and the organization's broader AI strategy.

Contribute to governance activities and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams and locations.

Very good command of both French and English, written and spoken.

Previous experience with Microsoft 365 tools, digital adoption initiatives, or change management activities.
