  • Guaranteed $1,700 per week true-up per driver, with averages hitting $2,200 per driver weekly when running 5,000 miles.

  • Haul 100% drop-and-hook freight utilizing company trailers on customer-planned, preassigned weekly lanes.
  • Run all 48 states with no NYC or boroughs.
  • Consistent team miles averaging 5,000 miles per week.
    
• 3. Schedule & Home Time
  • Stay balanced: out 1 week, then home for your 34-hour reset weekly as scheduled.
  • Requires availability to run 5.5 days, meet strict on-time delivery expectations, and maintain zero service failures.
    
• 4. Equipment, Requirements & Screening
  • Drive late-model Freightliner equipment with tenured operational support.
  • Must live within 100 miles of your team partner.
  • Requires a minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
  • DOT screening required, including both hair follicle and urine testing.
