Junior Graphic Designer (night shift)
Position Overview
We are looking for two Junior Graphic Designer to create, adapt graphics and motion graphics for localized audiovisual marketing content, including trailers, TV spots and digital campaign assets.
This role requires confident use of After Effects, a good foundation in graphic design and a willingness to develop further within a collaborative post-production team.
Responsibilities
- Create and adapt motion graphics in After Effects, following briefs, supplied projects and visual references.
- Support the localization of title treatments, text cards and other campaign graphics.
- Adapt typography, layouts and animation for different languages, ensuring visual consistency and legibility.
- Prepare graphic assets in Illustrator and Photoshop for use in audiovisual projects.
- Adapt approved designs and After Effects compositions to different aspect ratios, resolutions and formats.
- Implement feedback and check work before submitting it for review.
- Keep project files and assets organized, following established naming and folder conventions.
- Work with Artists, Producers and QC teams to complete assigned tasks on schedule and flag questions or difficulties early.
- Apply efficient working methods and contribute ideas to improving recurring tasks.
Key Requirements
- Graphic Designer degree.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is essential, with the ability to create and adapt motion graphics confidently.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A good foundation in typography, layout, color, composition and animation.
- A portfolio demonstrating design and After Effects skills, which may include academic, personal or professional projects.
- A basic understanding of design and audiovisual post-production workflows.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow an established visual style accurately.
- Ability to organize assigned work, manage time and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and an interest in finding solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Good communication skills, a collaborative attitude and openness to feedback.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender would be an advantage.
