Maintenance Technician – Multi-Site Support

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician – Multi-Site Support to join our facilities team. This position will work directly with and support the Maintenance Manager in maintaining and improving multiple automotive dealership rooftops.

The ideal candidate is a reliable, mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping facilities safe, clean, and operating properly. This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager with daily maintenance and facility needs across multiple dealership locations
• Travel between dealership rooftops as assigned to complete repairs, maintenance, and other projects
• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other facility repairs
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and report larger or more complex problems to the Maintenance Manager
• Maintain dealership buildings, service departments, offices, employee areas, parking areas, and other facilities
• Assist with moving equipment, furniture, supplies, and other items
• Assist with seasonal property maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping, pressure washing, and exterior upkeep
• Help prepare locations for outside contractors and vendors
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with special projects and facility improvements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform other maintenance and facility-related duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of general maintenance, facilities, construction, or building maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, or general repairs
• Comfortable using common hand tools and power tools
• Basic understanding of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience working across multiple buildings or locations is a plus
• Experience with commercial properties, automotive facilities, dealerships, or service departments is a plus
• Experience with snow removal, landscaping, pressure washing, or exterior property maintenance is helpful
• Ability to safely use ladders and perform physical maintenance tasks
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when assigned a task
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between dealership locations
