Warehouse Operations Transition Lead

As our Warehouse Operations Transition Lead in Tuas, Singapore, you will lead the planning and execution of key warehouse transition activities, ensuring operational continuity, inventory integrity, and readiness throughout the change journey. Working closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and Operations teams, you'll help deliver a seamless transition while setting the foundation for future growth and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end warehouse transition and operational readiness activities.
• Develop and execute transition plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage inventory migration, process transfers, and cutover activities.
• Monitor project milestones and resolve operational challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive change management and stakeholder communication throughout the transition.
• Support process improvements and successful handover to business-as-usual operations.

What You Bring

• Background in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Proven delivery of warehouse transitions, site moves, start-ups, or operational transformation projects.
• Project management capability with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Nice to Have

• Experience within medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
