Location: DeLand, Florida (Partially Remote)
Salary: $65,000–$130,000 per year

The Opportunity

Use your Florida title industry knowledge and marketing experience to grow client relationships and referral partnerships across Central Florida. You’ll connect real estate professionals and other industry contacts with title and closing services, helping build lasting relationships and generate new business.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

Join an established, growing real estate law and title practice that values client service, a positive work culture, and work-life balance. You’ll have room to develop referral relationships, take ownership of your business-development activities, and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and referral partners.
  • Generate new business through in-person meetings, virtual outreach, and marketing initiatives.
  • Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and educational seminars.
  • Build relationships with real estate professionals, vendors, and other industry contacts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on business-development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the title and closing team to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
  • Identify business-development challenges and work with internal teams on solutions.
  • Communicate goals, performance metrics, opportunities, and challenges to leadership.
  • Stay informed about title insurance, real estate trends, and the firm’s services.
  • Manage appointments, networking, and territory-development activities independently.

What You’ll Bring

  • An active Florida Licensed Title Agent (LTA) license.
  • At least five years of title industry experience, ideally with a title agency or law firm handling title and real estate transactions.
  • Experience in title insurance sales, marketing, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Established referral relationships and a strong network within the Central Florida real estate or title market.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently, organize appointments, and represent the firm professionally.
  • A collaborative approach to working with title and closing teams.

Additional Advantages

  • Notary license, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Spanish-speaking ability.
  • Experience in real estate sales, mortgage lending, appraisals, property management, or closing and processing.
  • Marketing education or training.
