Now, we're looking for a Biker Marketing Associate. The Biker Marketing Associate, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from executing biker onboarding and retention comms, monitoring biker sentiment, and launching campaigns that grow active biker supply across Laguna.

What you'll be doing:

• Execute and manage city's communication calendar, ensuring all communications are posted on time.
• Scan Facebook Pages, Community Pages, groups and the El Pres Telegram channel daily, gather on-ground insights on biker behavior, and escalate urgent issues within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with City Managers on on-ground support, onboarding support and posting, and endorse vlogger requests to the MNL Biker Marketing Associate.
• Plan, launch and report on end-to-end on-ground and digital campaigns that drive biker onboarding and retention.
• Track campaign results (applicants, activations, reactivations, cost per biker) and recommend improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior
