Regional Catastrophe Claims Manager
$90,002-115,203 minimum starting pay
Job Level - Manager

What You Will Be Doing:
Leads regional catastrophe claims operations for the Claims Department. Monitors loss severity and sets best‑practice strategies. Directs daily operations and personnel to deliver prompt, fair service in line with company guidelines and management objectives. Oversees vendor partnerships and the catastrophe claims budget. Stays current on industry trends, platforms, integrations, and improvement opportunities related to catastrophe claims.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent reading comprehension for insurance policy and claims law.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Typically requires a minimum of five years of successful claims adjusting experience with strong organization, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills and thorough knowledge of claims procedures, policies, and coverages.
- Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead others effectively.
- AIC, AIM, or CPCU designation—or active progress toward completion—preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
- Strong technology skills to communicate, research, and improve departmental efficiency and proficiency.
- Ability to travel as required; may be up to 30%.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
