Team Member - Catering

As a Catering Team Member, you will help bring the Chick-fil-A experience outside our four walls, preparing, delivering, and serving great food at catering events in our community.

Education Required: High school diploma or GED preferred

Eligible for Benefits: Free employee meal, scholarship eligibility, Sundays off, free virtual healthcare

Schedule: Part time, 10:00am-2:00pm, minimum of 3 days per week (availability must include Wednesday and Thursday).

Applicants who can only work 11:00am-1:00pm are still encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare catering items in the restaurant before events and organize and restock items after events
• Set up, tear down, and operational execution at the catering location, including order taking, hospitality, and meal delivery
• Working at the restaurant as a Team Member when there is no catering
• Other tasks relating to operations execution, cleanliness, or catering as assigned

Requirements for the role:

• Be at least 18 years of age 
• Be willing and able to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including Wednesday and Thursday
• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs (catering carriers and equipment)

Catering Team Members must have the following characteristics:

• Friendly, hospitable, and comfortable interacting with guests
• Dependable and punctual
• Organized and has an eye for detail 
• Able to work well on a small team and with minimal supervision at off-site locations
• Takes pride in brand standards with an attention to food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
• Flexible and positive attitude
