Join the Ted Britt Automotive Group team! We’re seeking a creative, motivated individual to join us as a Service Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator. This hands-on, full-time role offers the opportunity to gain practical marketing experience, build your portfolio, and make an impact in the local community.
Working directly with the Service Manager, you’ll create engaging content, support marketing campaigns, represent the dealership at community events, and track results to measure success.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours for community events and content shoots.

Responsibilities:
- Create photo, video, and graphic content that highlights our Service, Quick Lane, Mobile Service, and Parts teams
- Plan and run service marketing campaigns, specials, and seasonal promotions
- Manage and grow the dealership's service-focused social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Keep our Google Business Profile up to date with posts, photos, and offers
- Represent Ted Britt Ford Fairfax at community events, schools, and local organizations
- Build partnerships with local businesses, fleets, and community groups
- Research competitors, customer trends, and new marketing ideas
- Track results and report on reach, engagement, and service appointments generated
- Work with managers to get approval on public-facing content and keep messaging consistent with the Ted Britt and Ford brands
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Meta Business Suite, TikTok/YouTube analytics, social media, Google Business Profile and Analytics, and email marketing platforms. Photography and smartphone video skills, plus any automotive or dealership experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Education/Training: Coursework, a degree, certificate, or other relevant training in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field
- A portfolio (school, personal, or professional) showing social media, design, or video work
- Proficient in social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Proficient in Canva
- Video editing experience (CapCut or similar)
- Confident public speaker, comfortable on camera and representing the dealership in public
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
