E-Discovery & Litigation Support Specialist | E-Discovery Lifecycle
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania | $60,000–$100,000/year
You’ll manage electronic discovery projects from data collection and processing through review, production, and trial or arbitration support. Working closely with attorneys, paralegals, IT teams, and vendors, you’ll own the technical and operational details that keep complex litigation matters moving accurately and on schedule.
The role offers hands-on exposure to sophisticated litigation matters, opportunities to work across legal and technology teams, and room to deepen your e-discovery and litigation-support expertise.

What You’ll Do
• Manage E-Discovery projects throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Process, load, audit, export, and perform quality control on electronic discovery data.
• Create and execute searches within E-Discovery platforms.
• Manage litigation databases, including design, maintenance, and migrations.
• Support collections, document review, discovery, and productions.
• Coordinate data acquisition and delivery with outside vendors.
• Track project timelines, deadlines, deliverables, documentation, and data inventories.
• Troubleshoot litigation-support technology and resolve processing or vendor issues.
• Support trial and arbitration preparation, including electronic evidence and presentation technology.
• Provide technical support and training for litigation-support applications.
What You’ll Need
• 2–5 years of legal E-Discovery or Litigation Support experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of EDRM and E-Discovery best practices.
• Experience processing, loading, auditing, migrating, and producing litigation data.
• Experience supporting electronic discovery from collection through review and production.
• Experience with trial or arbitration presentation tools such as TrialDirector, Sanction, or similar platforms.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong project management, organization, and quality-control skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with limited supervision.
Preferred
• Axcelerate experience.
