Your impact
- Lead HXM workstreams across SAP transformation projects.
- Design and optimise solutions across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Translate complex HR requirements into practical SAP solutions.
- Lead customer workshops and functional solution discussions.
- Coordinate with wider SAP teams to deliver integrated HR processes.
- Mentor consultants and contribute to solution quality and practice development.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of SAP HXM/HCM experience.
- Strong experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
- Good understanding of HR transformation and SAP HXM processes.
- Experience leading customer discussions or functional workstreams.
- Strong solution design and consulting capability.
- C1 German and good English.
