Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Provide regular performance, workload, risk, and

delivery reports to management. Coordinate with local purchasing organizations  and

escalate operational issues, delays, and service risks as required. Ensure the timely and accurate execution of customer

requests and operational procurement activities . Analyze dashboards  and scorecards, explain deviations,

and agree on corrective actions and targets with the team. Harmonize, document, and implement processes,

standards, and internal controls across the service. Perform risk-based quality checks  to verify the

execution, effectiveness, and applicability of controls. Oversee period-end closing activities and ensure the

timely resolution of open issues. Lead local team meetings, continuous improvement

initiatives, and cross-functional projects. Mentor new team members and coordinate team-wide

organizational and operational activities. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Degree in  Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance,  or a related field is an advantage. Relevant leadership, project management, or continuous

improvement training is desirable. More than 5 years of relevant professional experience ,

including substantial experience in purchasing, operational procurement, shared

services, supply chain management, or a closely related function. Demonstrated experience in coordinating or leading

teams,  managing service performance , and driving cross-functional improvements . Advanced knowledge of operational procurement processes  and relevant SAP purchasing modules , including purchase order

processing, order acknowledgments, and operational reporting. Strong understanding of service management ,  internal

controls, KPI governance , and continuous improvement methodologies . #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
