What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate access records.
• Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, and communication equipment; report irregularities or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain clear and detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications to support daily commercial property operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
