Room Leader (Level 3)
Up to £30,600 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week | Full Time
Ready to take the next step in your early years career? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Room Leader to join a welcoming nursery where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and develop through high-quality play-based learning.
The nursery provides thoughtfully designed learning environments tailored to each stage of a child's development. Spacious, bright rooms are carefully equipped to encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent learning, while dedicated outdoor spaces give children daily opportunities to explore, play, and learn in the fresh air.
Working closely with the management team, you'll lead your room, support and inspire your colleagues, and play an important role in maintaining the high standards of care and education the nursery is known for.
