Description
Our Client is a 5* very high end International Chain Boutique Resort with +/- 100 Villas and several F&B outlets in Bali.
This role oversees both Revenue & Reservations and will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Experience in similar position within 5* hotel/resort
• Dynamic individual with strong luxury foundation
• Strong knowledge of revenue strategy, pricing, forecasting and inventory management
• Strong knowledge of hotel distribution channels, including OTA
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and revenue analysis
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and revenue reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of market trends
• Experience managing room availability, rate plans, allotments and booking restrictions
• Good knowledge of PMS, CRS and reservation systems
• Ability to maximize room revenue through pricing and distribution strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Hands-on, commercially minded and results-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proactive, adaptable and highly motivated
• Attention to detail
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Flexible working hours
