Carnegie Park Post Acute is a 180-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility at 1848 Greentree Road in Pittsburgh, right on a bus line for an easy commute. The first thing people notice here is the vibe. Staff say hello in the hallways, smile at each other, and actually seem happy to be at work. That doesn't happen by accident.
Our Administrator cares deeply about culture and is hands-on in building it. Our DON came up through this very building, so our nursing leadership knows the work, the residents, and the team firsthand. Your Day-to-Day
You'll assist with planning and implementing treatments while tracking and documenting patient progress. You'll work under the supervision of our DOR to make sure everything meets current state, federal, and local standards.
What You'll Need
- Accreditation from a PTA program
- Active certification in the state of PA
- EMR proficiency
- Compassion for vulnerable people
