Position Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing, versatile individual to support the COO office across a broad portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with senior leadership to help deliver priority initiatives spanning transformation, M&A integration, target operating model and operational improvement. The role is ideal for individuals transitioning from consulting into industry and looking to take ownership of delivery and outcomes.

What will your job entail?

Key Responsibilities

• Support the COO office in delivering key strategic and operational priorities
• Translate business objectives into structured reports, deliverables and roadmaps
• Prepare executive-level materials including board packs, updates and presentations
• Track actions and drive accountability across senior stakeholders
• Support delivery of transformative initiatives including TOM design, process improvement, automation and offshoring
• Conduct structured analysis to support decision-making

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in consulting (Big 4, strategy, boutique) or financial services industry
• Exposure to target operating model design, M&A/integration or transformation delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and written communication skills
• Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage senior audiences
