Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision the Emergency Department (ED) Technician II will interact with all ED staff, and will play a key role in providing a center of communication for the ED team. This individual will also assist in the daily operations of the ED as assigned by the staff RN. The ED Technician adheres to the principles, philosophy, Standards of Performance and the mission of Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in all aspects of job performance.
Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: Prefer one-year experience in emergency care within the last 18 months.
Licenses: Must have CNA certification in good standings and compliance with the State of Arizona
Certificates: Current BLS certification.
Computer Skills: Ability to type in data in patient record as requested.
