### Position Overview
As a Staff Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer, you drive and influence the verification strategy for complex full-chip memory designs and emerging memory architectures. You provide technical leadership across verification planning, execution, coverage closure, and debug activities to ensure timely delivery of functionally correct designs. You collaborate with globally distributed teams and leverage AI-enabled tools and automation techniques to improve verification efficiency and engineering productivity.
### Responsibilities
- Lead verification planning and execution for complex full-chip memory designs, providing technical direction within areas of expertise.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain verification environments, testbenches, test cases, and stimuli to improve functional coverage for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and emerging memory architectures.
- Perform pre-silicon simulation, debug, coverage analysis, and root-cause investigation to ensure functional correctness and design quality.
- Collaborate with global design and verification teams to develop and improve verification methodologies, flows, and automation solutions for advanced memory products.
- Apply AI-assisted automation techniques to improve verification workflows, data analysis, productivity, and engineering processes.

### Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in pre-silicon verification.
- Experience establishing, developing, and simulating verification environments.
- Understanding of digital circuits, simulation methodologies, debugging techniques, and design evaluation.
- Experience developing test cases and stimuli to increase functional coverage and support verification closure.
### Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Universal Verification Methodology (UVM) environments and verification concepts.
- Knowledge of Design for Test (DFT) features, including custom DFT implementations and standard scan chains.
- Exposure to timing analysis, including critical timing paths and data path timing evaluation.
- Experience with end-to-end ownership of verification and analysis for complex full-chip custom designs focused on power, performance, and bandwidth optimization.
- Experience collaborating across geographically distributed engineering teams to develop advanced verification flows and methodologies.
