About This Role

As a Senior Assembly and Test Network Supply Manager at Micron Technology, you will act as the global subject matter expert for assigned GIDM and Spares commodities, driving supply continuity, inventory optimization, and operational resiliency across Assembly and Test manufacturing sites. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to develop material strategies, manage supply risks, and ensure business continuity in support of global manufacturing operations.

You will own supply execution for assigned commodities, including supplier commitments, shortage recovery, inventory health, and risk mitigation. Partnering with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and global site stakeholders, you will drive strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance supply assurance and operational performance.

What You Will Do

Supply Strategy & Risk Management

Act as the global SME for assigned GIDM and Spares commodities, driving supply continuity, inventory readiness, and supply resiliency.

Develop and execute material strategies, including SSROP, WOS, safety stock, and risk mitigation plans.

Resolve complex supply constraints and business continuity risks across global operations.

Operational Excellence & Supply Assurance

Own key supply chain KPIs, including inventory health, shortage prevention, material availability, and excess inventory management.

Drive supply assurance, supplier recovery, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.

Digital Transformation & Analytics

Lead automation, analytics, and system enhancement initiatives to improve supply chain visibility, efficiency, and decision quality.

Champion AI, advanced analytics, and digital transformation to streamline processes and standardize operations.

Supplier & Stakeholder Leadership

Lead supplier engagement, escalation management, and recovery planning to secure supply commitments and support business continuity.

Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve complex supply challenges and drive sustainable business outcomes.

Strategic Planning & AI Adoption

Utilize data-driven insights, scenario planning, and advanced analytics to optimize inventory, mitigate risks, and support business decisions.

Promote AI adoption by leveraging Micron-approved AI tools to enhance planning effectiveness, productivity, and operational execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, production planning, procurement, or supply assurance within a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.

Ability to drive supply assurance, supplier recovery, allocation management, expedite activities, and supply risk mitigation across global operations.

Proven experience managing multi-site inventory strategies, including WOS, E&O mitigation, shortage management, and business continuity planning.

Strong experience managing indirect materials, including spare parts, consumables, packaging materials, tapes, films, chemicals, and other MRO commodities.

Extensive knowledge of commodity management, supply assurance, inventory optimization, and risk management across global manufacturing operations.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and supplier engagement to resolve complex supply challenges and support global manufacturing operations.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to independently drive strategic initiatives with multi-site impact.

Experience leading global or multi-site supply chain initiatives with measurable business impact, including inventory optimization, cost avoidance, risk reduction, or operational efficiency improvements.

Expertise in digital supply chain solutions, analytics platforms, automation technologies, and AI-enabled tools, including SAP, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Platform.

Proven ability to leverage AI, advanced analytics, and automation to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and supply chain performance.

Advanced SAP MM/MRP expertise, including material master management, forecasting, SSROP, inventory optimization, PR/PO processes, and supplier lead-time management.

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
