Job Description:
This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP) is a global operations function that supports 42 countries. We are an integrated team with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow as our functional teams include: Payee Operations & Invoicing, Global Employee Expense Reimbursement, Global Service Center & Card Administration, AP Research & Accounting , Indirect Tax (Business Personal Property, US Sales & Use tax and Withholding taxes), and Project Initatives teams. This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manages data related incidents and identifies, communicates, and resolves or escalates issues as needed. Data inquiries include questions related to data issues, availability of data, and potential sourcing alternatives to inform
- Partners with Business and Technology functions to drive the development of business and functional requirements documents and ensures strategic upstream resolution for data related incidents
- Serves as a subject matter expert by building deep knowledge of how data is organized across the company and internal to the CAP organization
- Monitors data lineage capability and tooling in partnership with technology partners to ensure accurate, complete and timely data lineage for CAP
- Oversees and maintains CAP data catalogs, ensuring accuracy and completeness through ongoing review and challenge
- Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise
- Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives
- Advises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives
- Builds relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business
- Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projects

Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience using data to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, exceptions, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate large datasets and translate findings into actionable business improvements.
- Experience developing KPIs, performance metrics, operational dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on invoice, payment, supplier, and process-related issues.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle Cloud and SAP
- Knowledge of AP automation solutions, workflow tools, OCR technologies, AI-enabled invoice processing, and straight-through processing concepts.
- Understanding data quality management, data governance, and master data controls.
- Ability to redesign processes to reduce manual effort, improve cycle times, increase data quality, and enhance control effectiveness.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into business-focused recommendations for leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across AP, Tax, Treasury, Technology, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations teams.
