As a Security Console Operator in Clayton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries such as healthcare and more. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders at a healthcare and pharmaceutical location.
- Receive calls for service, alarms, and security-related notifications; prioritize and dispatch officers and/or resources via radio, phone, and/or computer-aided systems, maintaining clear communication throughout incidents.
- Monitor CCTV, alarm panels, access control systems, and other life-system and facility monitoring tools; document and escalate abnormal conditions per site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate notifications to on-site leadership and/or local emergency responders as directed by post orders.
- Complete detailed incident reports, dispatch logs, and shift activity documentation; support investigations by preserving video, access, and communication records in accordance with policy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have 1+ years' armed security/law enforcement/military experience.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
