Building and Safety Officer

Qualifications:

• College graduate (any course).
• Experience in the crewing industry is a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage safety programs within the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines and the Philippine building code.
• Ensure compliance with government-mandated reports and regulations.
  Coordinate with HR and Admin Officers to align the company’s practices with government regulations and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) standards.
• Conduct safety orientations for guests/trainees before coordinating with other departments.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination across departments.
