The Role
#paid is seeking a Strategy Lead to join our Strategy team as an individual contributor. You'll own the development of winning proposals for our largest and most complex opportunities, working cross-functionally with Sales, Paid Media, Measurement, and Client Experience. You'll also build direct relationships with a select number of strategic accounts—extending our value beyond the point of sale and helping clients find scalable, ongoing success.
This is a high-output IC seat with no formal management responsibility. You'll be expected to bring a strong point of view, support your peers informally, and help raise the bar for the team's craft.
