Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the cybersecurity, compliance, and secure software lifecycle strategy for our global industrial energy software portfolio.
This leader ensures that all software developed for Power Conversion and Storage (PCS) business meets or exceeds global cyber standards and customer expectations for secure, resilient, and trustworthy operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for product cybersecurity, secure‑by‑design practices, and multi‑region compliance alignment.
- Define requirements for secure software and firmware development across embedded, edge, and cloud components.
- Lead alignment with global cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, UL 2900, NERC CIP, ISO 27001) and ensure certification readiness (e.g., EU CRA, AUS Cyber Security Bill 2024)
- Partner with Automation & Controls Software Product Management and Engineering to embed cybersecurity requirements into architectures, development plans, and release cycles.
- Drive SBOM strategy, vulnerability management frameworks, and secure patch lifecycle planning for deployed systems.
- Engage directly with customers, regulatory bodies, and certification partners on cybersecurity expectations and evidence packages.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics for product security posture, certification progress, vulnerability resolution, and compliance adherence.
- Serve as the primary executive voice for cybersecurity across the product line, influencing both product and business strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Significant experience in product management, cybersecurity leadership, or secure software development in industrial systems.
- Knowledge of industrial cyber standards (IEC 62443, NIST 800‑82/53, ISO 27001) and global compliance regimes.
- Experience driving cross‑functional cyber initiatives across engineering, legal, regulatory, and commercial teams.
- Strong leadership presence with proven ability to communicate complex cyber concepts to executives, customers, and engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, CCSK).
- Experience in industrial automation, energy systems, utilities, or grid‑connected technologies.
- Background in cloud/edge security architectures.
- Experience managing external audits or certification processes.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $152,400.00 and $254,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
