What You'll Do
As a Store Clerk, you'll play an important role in making every guest feel welcome and valued. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm smile and assisting them with merchandise selections.
- Answering questions and providing exceptional customer service.
- Handling customer requests and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Processing purchases and operating the cash register accurately.
- Keeping shelves stocked, organized, and attractive.
- Assisting with inventory counts and merchandise management.
- Maintaining a clean, inviting store environment through light cleaning, sweeping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Working closely with park staff to help create enjoyable and lasting memories for our guests and members.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, dependable, and enjoys connecting with people.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of retail or customer service experience.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
- Knowledge of the RV and camping lifestyle is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and genuine commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
