Remote Furniture Installation Project Manager

I have a client in the Alpharetta, Cumming, GA area who’s looking for a Remote Furniture Installation Project Manager to join their team. **This is a direct-hire position for the right candidate**

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of furniture installation coordination experience
• Ability to read project plans, drawings, and scope documents
• Experience working with 3rd‑party vendors or installers
• 50% travel within the southeast; hotel, gas, airfare, per‑diem covered
• Reliable transportation for job site visits (within 5 hours or will fly)
• Must sign a Non‑Disclosure / Non‑Solicitation Agreement

Responsibilities:

• Manage furniture installation projects from kickoff to completion
• Build timelines, phasing plans, and site access requirements
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and schedules with 3rd‑party installers
• Communicate updates, risks, and changes to clients and internal teams
• Align freight and logistics with installation windows
• Monitor partner performance and quality
• Lead walkthroughs and punch list resolution
• Maintain project documentation and closeout records

Preferred:

• Furniture installation or manufacturer certifications
• PMP certification
• Experience in commercial interiors or logistics
