Role Overview: Assistant Manager – HRBP at VXI India, partners with business leaders to drive people strategies that support operational excellence, employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role serves as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, ensuring seamless delivery of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.

Drive performance management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.

Manage employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary processes, and compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

Lead employee engagement, retention, recognition initiatives, and enhance overall employee experience.

Collaborate with HR functions to deliver integrated solutions across talent acquisition, learning, compensation, and organizational development.

Leverage HR analytics, coach managers, support change initiatives, and drive continuous improvement of HR processes.
Required Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of HR Business Partnering, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.

Sound understanding of labor laws, HR policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities with proficiency in HR reporting.
Preferred Skills (good to have):
-
Experience in a BPO/ITES or customer experience environment supporting large, multi-shift operations.

Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Oracle HCM) and advanced MS Excel.

Exposure to organizational development, change management, employee engagement, and succession planning initiatives.

HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) and experience with HR analytics/Power BI are an added advantage.
