Job Descriptions
Senior Planning Engineer
Role Purpose
Lead planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting activities for offshore CRPO projects involving jackets, deck platforms, offshore facilities, fabrication yards and EPCIC execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Primavera P6 Level 1-5 schedules.
- Monitor engineering, procurement, fabrication, load-out, transportation, installation and offshore execution activities.
- Perform critical path analysis, forecasting, recovery planning and delay analysis.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms and KPI dashboards.
- Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven CRPO offshore project experience.
- Strong background in jacket & deck platforms, offshore fabrication and EPCIC projects.
- Hands-on Primavera P6, forecasting, reporting and EVM experience.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience preferred.
