MRO Supply Coordinator

As the MRO Supply Coordinator, you will support maintenance and manufacturing operations by ensuring the procurement, inventory management, and availability of MRO materials. You will work with cross-functional teams and suppliers to maintain efficient supply chain processes, optimize inventory, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will report to the MRO Manager and be based onsite at the Oak Creek, WI plant.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data to improve supply chain and inventory performance.
• Maintain appropriate MRO inventory levels to support plant operations.
• Manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and expedite critical materials.
• Partner with maintenance, operations, and suppliers to ensure material availability.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Help with supplier performance, contract support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory data within the ERP system.
• Support inventory audits and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School degree required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• 2+ years of related experience work experience.
• Exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
• Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
