Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to materials handling, order picking, and inventory control. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced distribution center and contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to materials handling, order picking, and inventory control. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced distribution center and contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Perform order picking using an order picker or pallet jack.
- Assist with shipping and receiving of products, including loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and preparing shipping documents.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory in the warehouse management system.
- Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure that all products are properly stored and organized in the warehouse.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Assist with packaging and labeling of products as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related fields preferred.
- Bilingual in English/Mandarin or English/Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training may be provided).
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Monday ~ Friday: Day Shift 9:00 am -5:30 pm
- Saturday occasionally
Compensation:
The pay range for this job is between $18.5 and $20 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) the responsibilities of the job, your education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
