Finance Analyst III

Position Purpose: With the Corporate Performance Management Finance team, you will support the financial performance and operational analytics for business operations.

• Compile and analyze volume, productivity, staffing, savings, vendor, and cost data.
• Build recurring reports and executive-ready presentations.
• Maintain trackers; validating assumptions with operational partners; identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support forecast and reconciliation work; and translating complex financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Handle complex and high-level financial analysis.
• Present and discuss analysis with upper management.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting experience, with the ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards or BI tools, variance analysis, and executive storytelling is important.
• Ability to work with imperfect data, clarifying assumptions, partnering across clinical operations, staffing, vendor, and finance stakeholders, and producing accurate, timely analysis in a fast-moving environment.

Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year
