This role works with a team to ensure customer satisfaction, assisting in numerous projects with high client contact, always checking accuracy and integrity of our system.

Assignment Details:
• Open to hybrid or remote candidates
• 4 -5 month assignment – Full time hours
• Hours are typical 8-5 M-F
• Possible overtime hours required

REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES

• Documenting customer information into our systems
• Contacting customers via telephone
• Giving full attention to detail
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Working on projects as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 or more years customer service experience in a professional environment
• Exposure to Microsoft Office
