Customer Credit Analyst - Fluent in English (f/m/d)
Are you a finance professional with a passion for precision and an aptitude for problem-solving? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive person to join our team in Lisbon as a Customer Credit Analyst.
About the Role
As a Customer Credit Analyst at Essity, you will play a pivotal role in our Credit Management team within Customer Administration Services. You will support credit operations across European markets, helping to ensure financial stability and business continuity.

What You Will Do
Credit Risk & Strategy: Analyze customer credit settings, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Accounts Receivable and business teams to ensure actions relating to overdue payments are executed in line with customer credit directives.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all credit activities meet internal policies and external regulatory standards.
Reporting & Insights: Monitor KPIs and deliver ad hoc reports to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Training & Enablement: Design and deliver credit training to business counterparts, enhancing understanding and ownership of credit processes.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent;
Experienced in Accounts Receivable, Finance, Controlling, or Accounts Payable.
System/Tools experience in Office 365, Excel, SAP (S4 Hana is a plus) or another ERP tool is desirable.
Fluency in English, verbal and written.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills across diverse, cross-functional teams,
Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and creative problem-solving.
Comfortable navigating change, whether adopting new systems or adapting to evolving business needs.
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work with both speed and precision.
