About Position:

We're looking for a senior Strategist & UI/UX Designer who can lead both strategy and design in a client-facing capacity. Unlike a pure production role, this person owns the client relationship — presenting design work, shaping direction, and proactively identifying new opportunities (redesign, content migration, consulting). 

Requirements:

• Proven Optimizely / Opt Products expertise — able to speak the client's language on experimentation and optimization
• Strong UI/UX design skills with a track record of presenting design directly to clients
• Demonstrated strategy and consulting ability — comfortable leading conversations, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions
• Hands-on experience with AI-design tools
• Excellent client-facing communication (fluent English, confident stakeholder-facing presence)
• Experience with content migration and redesign projects
• Self-directed and reliable; able to work effectively part-time. 

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive client-facing strategy across engagements
• Present design concepts and iterations directly to the client and stakeholders
• Lead redesign initiatives and content migration to new designs
• Move the relationship toward a consulting level — proactively proposing new directions and initiatives to end clients
• Design and advise on Optimizely experiments (A/B testing, optimization) and translate results into recommendations
• Use AI-design approaches to accelerate proposals and design production
• Collaborate with client project managers and internal design/dev teams to ensure delivery aligns with client needs

Tech Stack (Must Have): 

• Optimizely / Opt Products (DXP, CMS, experimentation & A/B testing)
• UI/UX design tools — Figma (design, prototyping, design presentation)
• AI-assisted design tools (for rapid concepting and client-facing proposals)
• Web content management and content migration workflows
