  • Provide product and project feedback to the product development team to inform future improvements
  • Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports; conduct performance appraisals and effectively mediate conflicts
  • Lead the full hiring lifecycle for new engineering talent, from role definition through onboarding
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable team culture focused on quality, delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to organizational planning, capability growth strategy, and long-term resourcing — including readiness to support potential expansion into adjacent technologies
  • Drive an inclusive culture of respect within the team and broader organization
  • Lead Customer Service engagements post commissioning activiites

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Effective organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work through ambiguous or evolving problem definitions
  • Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining engineering talent at multiple levels
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Comfortable working with global teams, including flexibility across time zones
