About the Role
Are you passionate about cars, customer service, and helping people drive safely? Toyota of Fort Walton Beach is looking for an enthusiastic Tire Sales Specialist to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers in the service drive, inspect and measure tire tread depth and wear, and recommend the best tire solutions to meet their needs.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers in the service drive and perform visual inspections of their tires.
- Measure tread depth, check tire wear patterns, and identify safety or performance concerns.
- Clearly communicate tire condition findings to customers and explain available replacement options.
- Recommend tire brands, sizes, and models that best fit each vehicle and driving style.
- Collaborate with the service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product knowledge of tire brands, features, warranties, and promotions.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Assist in maintaining tire inventory and displays in the service area.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in automotive service, tire sales, or related retail sales preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to measure and assess tire wear accurately and confidently explain findings.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for processing orders and maintaining records.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
