Who You Are

Pretred is seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaning Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across our office, manufacturing, and warehouse facilities. This position is responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of approximately 8,000 square feet of office space and designated areas within a 150,000-square-foot manufacturing operation

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned manufacturing and warehouse areas.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, and other facility surfaces as required.
• Assist with exterior maintenance, including entrances, sidewalks, and surrounding grounds.
• Restock restroom, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and repair needs.
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper handling practices for cleaning chemicals.
• Support special cleaning projects and facility improvement initiatives as assigned.

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and climbing throughout the workday.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, floor care, and safe chemical handling procedures.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing facility needs.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Schedule and hours to be determined based on operational needs.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Pretred provides a good-faith estimate of compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. The position is eligible for commission and standard company benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO).
