Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Medical Management. Primary responsibility for primary care services, acute care services, routine monitoring of chronic conditions.
- Quality Improvement. Implementing best practices to avoid hospitalizations and emergency department visits and maximize functional improvements and quality of life.
- Team Support: Collaborate and provide clinical support to nurse practitioners, typically one per facility, empowering them with guidance and sharing medical expertise.
- Regulatory Compliance.

- Annual compensation ranges from $110,000. to $120,000., based on volume. You are in control of your earning potential.

Qualifications
- Unrestricted professional license.
