Job Description

Core Responsibilities/ Nhiệm vụ chính:

• Provide support, participate proactively and demonstrate leadership on QEHS in Machine Maintenance area. / Chủ động hỗ trợ, tham gia và thể hiện vai trò dẫn dắt trong các hoạt động về Chất lượng, Môi trường, Sức khỏe và An toàn (QEHS) tại khu vực Bảo trì máy.

• Comply with the QEHS legal requirements, standards (External / internal) and others applicable to your area. / Tuân thủ các yêu cầu và tiêu chuẩn QEHS (bên ngoài và nội bộ) cùng các quy định khác áp dụng cho khu vực phụ trách.

• Maintain the LEGO equipment in appropriate conditions to ensure reliable production output. / Duy trì thiết bị LEGO trong tình trạng hoạt động tốt nhằm đảm bảo sản xuất ổn định.

• Keep the percentage of equipment utilization high without sacrificing quality requirements. / Duy trì tỷ lệ sử dụng thiết bị ở mức cao mà không ảnh hưởng đến các yêu cầu về chất lượng.

• Ensure daily repairs to machinery according to production needs and priorities. / Thực hiện sửa chữa máy móc hằng ngày theo nhu cầu và mức độ ưu tiên của sản xuất.

• Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. / Thực hiện các hoạt động bảo trì phòng ngừa và bảo trì khắc phục.

• Daily Data collection of corrective/preventive activities. / Thu thập và cập nhật dữ liệu hằng ngày về các hoạt động bảo trì.

• Communication with colleagues (on-time deliveries, sharing experiences and knowledge). / Phối hợp và giao tiếp hiệu quả với đồng nghiệp nhằm đảm bảo tiến độ công việc, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm và kiến thức.

• Regarding critical decision making, you should request support from your immediate boss. / Đối với các quyết định quan trọng, cần tham khảo và xin hỗ trợ từ quản lý trực tiếp.

• Comply with the regulations of the area. / Tuân thủ các quy định tại khu vực làm việc.

• Following escalation process due problems/failures in lines. / Thực hiện đúng quy trình báo cáo và xử lý sự cố khi phát sinh lỗi hoặc hỏng hóc trên dây chuyền.

• Follow up 5´s security meeting and security maintenance activities. / Tham gia và thực hiện các cuộc họp an toàn theo phương pháp 5S, cũng như các hoạt động bảo trì liên quan đến an toàn.

• Active participation in Machine Maintenance Daily Huddle. / Chủ động tham gia cuộc họp của bộ phận Bảo trì máy.

• Attend security meeting at shift beginning. / Tham dự cuộc họp an ninh vào đầu mỗi ca làm việc.

• Follow up procedures an LOTO certification. / Tuân thủ các quy trình và yêu cầu liên quan đến LOTO.

• Support other departments. / Hỗ trợ các bộ phận khác khi cần thiết.

• React efficiently into possible production plan changes. / Phản ứng nhanh chóng và hiệu quả trước những thay đổi có thể xảy ra trong kế hoạch sản xuất.

Do you have what it takes? ​/ Yêu cầu Công việc:

• 2 years of experience as a maintenance Technician in plastic injection machines. / Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm Kỹ thuật viên Bảo trì máy ép nhựa.

• Educational background: Intermediate or above. Electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics Technical career. / Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành Điện, Cơ khí hoặc Cơ điện tử.

• Proactive and teamwork. / Tinh thần chủ động và làm việc nhóm.

 Basic/Intermedium knowledge/ Có kiến thức về:​:

• Computer knowledge. / Sử dụng máy tính

• Continuous improvement. / Cải tiến liên tục
