We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Finance Business Partnering to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Supervisor, Finance Business Partnering at ICON, you will oversee the finance business partnering function, ensuring effective financial support and strategic insights for clinical projects. Your leadership will be essential in optimising financial processes, fostering collaboration across departments, and driving informed decision-making throughout the organisation.
What You Will Be Doing:
Supervising and managing the finance business partnering team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for clinical trials and projects.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project management, clinical operations, and senior leadership, to provide financial insights and support for strategic decision-making.
Implementing and monitoring financial controls and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Providing training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and a culture of continuous improvement in financial business partnering.
Analysing financial performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Profile:
Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Significant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and strategic financial planning.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
