Main Tasks & Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
Responsible for warehouse daily receipt and delivery and account management, inventory counting; 5S and safety management; Chemical cargo management; Submission of monthly reports.
负责仓库日常收发货及账目管理，库存盘点；5S及安全管理；化学品货物管理；月度报告的提交。
Assist supervisor to complete warehouse layout division, rules and regulations made.
协助主管完成仓库layout的划分，规章制度的制定。
Assist the supervisor to complete the warehouse location setting up, policies and regulations of warehouse management define, preparation of documents (SOP, WIP) etc.
协助主管完成新工厂仓库的区域划分，仓库管理政策规章的制定，文件的编写
Responsible for “Yanda” materials management, ensure the records of receiving, dispatching, scrapping etc. accurately.
负责“研易达”物料的日常收发，领用、报废等流程；确保台账记录准确无误；
Responsible for the receipt and delivery in Oracle system, ensuring the accuracy of system entry and exit records, documents and physical objects, FIFO management.
负责Oracle 系统中的收发货，保证系统进出记录，与单证、实物的准确无误；FIFO管理.
Responsible for 5S and safety management of warehouse; Control the entry and exit of external personnel in the warehouse.
负责仓库的5S、安全管理；以及对仓库外来人员的管理；
Following company EHS’ requirement, Effective supervision, and management of chemicals.
根据公司EHS要求，有效的对化学品进行监督与管理;
According to the requirements of quality and GMP, ensure that the daily work of the warehouse complies with the regulations.
按照质量体系的要求，保证仓库的日常工作符合法规要求；
Responsible for the accuracy of monthly/ quarterly, and annual inventory counting of the warehouse.
负责仓库月度、季度、年度盘点的准确性；
Assist logistics, timely complete the packaging and delivery of goods shipment.
协助物流，及时完成货物的打包与发运；
Assist planning for material inventory management, timely disposal of E&O materials according to the corresponding procedures.
协助计划对物料库存进行管理，对E&O物料根据相应流程及时处理报废；
Have the ability of cross function cooperation and communication.
有跨部门合作沟通，处理异常的能力；
