Shared Services Center Accountant

Key Responsibilities

·       Prepare GA/PCFA journals of accrual & adjustment as well as B&S reconciliations.

·       Perform month-end/year-end closing tasks and complete flux analysis properly.

·       Review journals, reconciliations, and other related documents prepared by junior staff.

·       Ensure all transactions fully comply with the SOXs, internal controls and DTPs.

·       Support internal audit, external audit as required.

·       Deep insight to the responsible areas to initiate the process optimization and digital innovation.

·       Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by finance supervisor.

Job Requirements

- Basic Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree, majored in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management or related disciplines with at least two years GA or PCFA work experiences,  in a MNC is preferred

·       Solid knowledge of accounting principles, PRC GAAP and financial regulations; relevant accounting professional certificates (CPA, CMA, ACC) are preferred.

- Professional Skills

·       Proficient in MS Office (especially advanced Excel and automation tools like VBA), familiar with mainstream financial ERP systems and experience with Oracle/SQL queries or automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, developed the projects by automation tools will be preferred.

·       Excellent written and verbal English skills with the ability to use English as the primary working language(CET-6 and above).
