About the Role
We’re seeking a compassionate, data-driven BCBA to lead high-quality, center-based ABA services. You’ll design and oversee treatment, mentor therapists, and partner closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to drive meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Oversee center-based ABA programming; ensure fidelity and clinical excellence.

Supervise, train, and provide ongoing performance feedback to RBTs/BTs.

Monitor progress using data-based decision making; adjust programs as needed.

Provide caregiver training and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.

Maintain timely documentation (plans, notes, reports) that meets payer and ethical standards.

Uphold BACB Ethics Code and all applicable state regulations and policies.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Current BCBA certification in good standing.

Texas LBA (or eligibility to obtain) preferred/required per state guidelines.

1+ year of center-based experience preferred (supervision experience a plus).

Strong skills in assessment, program design, data analysis, and team leadership.

Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
