Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Employer of Record (EOR) business. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with local and international clients looking to expand their workforce in the Philippines and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Employer of Record (EOR) services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Promote Q2 HR Solutions' full suite of HR services, including EOR, RPO, Executive Search, Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), and HR Consulting solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and accurate sales forecasting.
• Develop relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and key decision-makers across local and international markets.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead generation initiatives, webinars, and campaigns.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
• Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in:
  • Employer of Record (EOR)
  • Professional Employer Organization (PEO)
  • Global Payroll
  • HR Solutions
  • Recruitment Outsourcing (RPO)
  • Business Expansion Services
• Strong understanding of EOR services and how they differ from staffing, outsourcing, and recruitment.
• Proven experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
• Experience engaging HR Directors, CHROs, business owners, and senior executives.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independently managing a sales pipeline.
