- Independently lead and manage complex client engagements, overseeing multi-resource projects to ensure successful execution, alignment with client goals, and adherence to DAS Health standards.
- Serve as Engagement Lead for assigned projects, coordinating team activities, monitoring performance, and proactively addressing risks, scope changes, and delivery challenges.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on business processes, workflow optimization, and system configurations to improve operational and financial performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring clear expectations and accountability.
- Deliver subject matter expertise across EHR/PM systems, ambulatory practice operations, reporting, and revenue cycle management, ensuring solutions meet both client needs and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation, while identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- Analyze and interpret project data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities; present findings and recommendations in actionable reports.
- Foster collaboration and communication within cross-functional project teams to ensure delivery quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide Consultants, providing feedback, skill coaching, and oversight to promote professional development and quality consistency.
- Ensure compliance with internal documentation and billing standards, including timely submission of time entries, project notes, and expense reports.
- Maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay current with industry regulations, EHR updates, and government initiatives that impact healthcare technology and consulting services.
- Support development of new methodologies and best practices, contributing to departmental improvement and scalability.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare consulting or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with mainstream EHR/PM systems (e.g., Epic, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, ModMed, Allscripts, Cerner, etc.) required.
- In-depth knowledge of ambulatory practice operations, including clinical workflows, reporting, and revenue cycle management.
- Demonstrated success in leading consulting engagements or implementing ambulatory health information systems.
- Preferred certifications: EHR vendor certifications (Epic, NextGen, eCW, ModMed, Allscripts, Cerner, etc.), Project Management Professional (PMP), or other relevant credentials.
- Proven leadership and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Professionalism and polish in all client interactions, both in-person and virtual.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, NextGen Template Development, Tableau, or Power BI preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Expectations:- Willingness to travel up to 75% (overnight) as required.
